PalletProfitCalc.com is a set of free calculators for shipping and buying pallets: boxes per pallet (TI × HI), pallets per 53 ft trailer or container, pallet and shipment weight, box layout, and liquidation pallet profit and ROI. Everything runs in your browser. There is no sign-up and no paid version.
Who runs it
PalletProfitCalc.com is operated by Pallet Profit Calc, the small independent team behind palletprofitcalc.com. We build each calculator around one practical question, show the formula it uses, and link to the official or published source for any rate or standard it relies on.
How the calculators work
- Box counts test both box orientations on the pallet deck and keep the one that fits more, then stack layers up to the height limit you set.
- Weights add the boxes to the pallet’s own tare weight. The weight page compares the result with typical pallet load ratings and explains the 80,000 lb federal gross-vehicle limit (23 CFR 658.17).
- Liquidation profit uses only the numbers you enter (pallet cost, shipping, expected resale and fees). It can’t know the condition of a specific load, so treat it as a planning estimate.

Results are estimates for planning. They are not legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Check the final numbers with your freight carrier or broker before you rely on them.
How the site is paid for
The calculators are free and supported by Google AdSense ads. Ads never change a result. We are not affiliated with any liquidation marketplace, freight carrier or pallet supplier.
Your data
The numbers you type stay in your browser and are not sent to us. We use Google Analytics to count visits and calculator use, and Google AdSense to show ads. The Privacy Policy explains both and how to opt out.
